Elliot says...

Why shouldn't a seven-year-old have a blog? A father poses questions and a son answers directly, honestly, and candidly with the directness, honesty, and candor that only a seven-year-old can bring. Dictated and moderated by AmsterdamAsp , these are the words of Elliot himself: simple and complex observations of the world from the mind of a six-year-old...

Poezie vanuit Groep 4

Er was eens een schip
Die leek op een lip
Toen kwam er een storm
En ze zagen een worm

"Help!" riep de kapitein.
"Ik moet snel naar Albert Heijn!"
Daar kan ik schuilen tussen buiken
En morgen kan ik me verborgen.

[Elliot's English Translation]

Once there was a ship
It looked like a lip
Then there came a storm
And they saw a worm.

"Help!" cried the captain.
"I have to go to Albert Heijn (grocery store)!"
There I can hide between the bellies
And tomorrow I can be hidden.
