Elliot says...

Why shouldn't a seven-year-old have a blog? A father poses questions and a son answers directly, honestly, and candidly with the directness, honesty, and candor that only a seven-year-old can bring. Dictated and moderated by AmsterdamAsp , these are the words of Elliot himself: simple and complex observations of the world from the mind of a six-year-old...

So what do you want to write about?

Let's write about the krokodil dans [Obviously, he was influenced by another reading of the comments from his blog on 13 January 2007 -- as this suggestion stems from Patricia's comment]. I was dancing but it was a real hard dance [Sorry, Patricia, that's all the information you're going to get].

And I want to do a story.

Once upon a time, there was an old wolf. And he tried to gobble all the pigs. And one pig's house was made out of brick. And one pig's house was made out of straw... And another one's house was made out of sticks. And the wolf tried to eat them.

But all the pigs caught the wolf, and they put him in soup. And they boiled him. And they had roast soup in the brick house. They were in the brick house.

The End.

And you know what, Daddy? When Tobias wakes up, he can see a new blog, and then he'll be really excited. We'll stay here the whole night, and we can keep making blogs [Again, this enthusiasm seems to stem directly from a re-reading of his comments. Perhaps the blogging fire has been stoked again...].

elliot, i'm glad you're my nephew because someday I will be able to say, "You know that famous author Elliot Asp? He's my nephew." I think you should write a book, because you're so good at storytelling.
